    RICK MORGENSTERN

    Rick Morgenstern founded our firm in 1991 with a team of attorneys who practiced within large national law firms and had extensive experience in commercial transactions, litigation and regulatory matters as outside and in-house counsel. Rick assists our clients, which have included several AmLaw 20 firms, with the expansion of their practices through the recruitment of partner level attorneys and groups of attorneys with expertise complementing our client’s practices. He is known for ensuring a dignified and discreet hiring process while ethically guiding candidates to opportunities where they can make a meaningful difference to the firm and advance their careers.

    Rick also co-founded a U.S. Department of Defense funded cybersecurity company and through that work brings experience recruiting for technology ventures and businesses in other sectors. In special situations, Rick and our staff will assist corporations seeking senior legal talent for general counsel, deputy general counsel and corporate governance positions.

    Rick holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
